The Holiday Open House and arrival of Santa & Mrs. Claus is a long held Arcata tradition. Visitors were treated to complimentary hot chocolate, popcorn, horse-drawn carriage rides, and visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Shops were open late to celebrate the season.
